Due to the perishable nature of our freshly made meals and African groceries, we cannot accept cancellations after the 24-hour window has passed. At that point, our team has already begun the process of preparing and/or sourcing the ingredients for your order.
Cancellations after 24 hours to delivery: We do not offer refunds for cancellations made after the specified window, as our team has already committed resources to fulfilling your order.
