Policy

At C&A Store, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be flexible while also managing the freshness of our products, which are often prepared or packaged for your specific order. This policy outlines the conditions for canceling an order.

General Cancellation Window

  • 24 hours before delivery: Full refund

  • Within 24 hours of delivery: 50% refund (since ingredients are already prepped).

  • Same-day cancellations or missed deliveries: Non-refundable.

 

This applies to all products, including groceries, ready-made meals, and meal kits.

Cancellation for Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our freshly made meals and African groceries, we cannot accept cancellations after the 24-hour window has passed. At that point, our team has already begun the process of preparing and/or sourcing the ingredients for your order.

Refunds

  • Cancellations before 24 hours to delivery: If your cancellation request is received and confirmed before the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours to delivery: If your cancellation request is received and confirmed within the 24-hour window, a 50% refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours to delivery: We do not offer refunds for cancellations made after the specified window, as our team has already committed resources to fulfilling your order.
