By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Our products are available for online purchase only. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Freshness and Quality: Our ready-made meals and meal kits are prepared with fresh ingredients. Due to their perishable nature, these products are available for local pickup or delivery only. We are not responsible for product quality issues if the customer fails to pick up their order at the designated time or if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
Nationwide Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping exclusively for our pre-packaged meal kits. We take great care in packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We are not liable for any delays or damage that occur once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order and will contain details regarding your purchase, including pickup or delivery instructions.
Local Pickup: You must pick up your order at the designated time from our specified pickup location in Caledonia, Ontario. The address and pickup window will be provided in your order confirmation email. Please be on time to ensure the freshness of your order.
Local Delivery: We offer delivery to a specific service area. Delivery fees are non-refundable. We will notify you of the delivery window once your order is ready. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
Nationwide Shipping: Shipping fees for meal kits are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Within 24 hours of delivery: 50% refund (since ingredients are already prepped).
Same-day cancellations or missed deliveries: Non-refundable.
Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product you received was incorrect or significantly damaged upon arrival. In such cases, you must contact us at support@candagrocery.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
In no case shall C&A Store, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada.
